What’s Still Around?

• Commercial EV credits survive.
• Some state credits (NJ’s Charge Up program) are still alive.
• Energy credits for home improvements (solar, insulation, etc.) continue.

Example

Priya buys her Tesla in August 2025. Claims the credit, pockets thousands. Jake waits until October. Gets… nothing. Sad Jake.
